Tiffany Baker

Tiffany has spent 15 years in a progressive revenue management career in the hospitality industry, focused on strategic, conceptual and tactical support of growth within portfolios of global hotel giants and innovative, data-driven hospitality technology companies. As Head of Revenue Management at Lyric, she is responsible for the day-to-day revenue strategies within the current portfolio and building a team to scale the revenue management discipline as Lyric rapidly grows. Prior to joining Lyric, Tiffany spent the majority of her career in traditional hotel chains, primarily at Hyatt and Hilton where she gained extensive experience in revenue management field. She used her experience specifically in the hotel tech space from Nor1 to launch her into her career at Lyric back in February. Andrew is the Co-Founder & CEO of Safely – the tech-enabled, data and insurance company.

Prior to joining Coastal, Lilia was a Senior Vice President of Countrywide’s Commercial Real Estate Finance Group where she served on the Credit Committee and supported the Chief Credit Officer with all facets of credit risk and underwriting. Other prior positions consist of a Senior Account Executive at Fannie Mae’s multifamily division where Lilia was a national account manager for two key lending relationships, responsible for the evaluation and approval of credit risk and pricing of DUS loans; a senior underwriter position at JP Morgan; Director in the structured finance group of CIBC World Markets; and an SVP position at ITLA Capital, where she worked on establishing and managing the credit department for a new CMBS business line.

Todd Butler

Todd Butler is the CTO and partner of Hostiing, the first multifamily community brand designed specifically for homesharing. In this pioneer multifamily model, Todd’s focus is bridging the technology gaps between short- and long-term ecosystems and spearheading the development of “Siight”, a licensable homesharing management software platform that facilitates the scalable operation of homesharing communities in the multifamily space.

Todd has 15+ years of experience as a technologist, with seven of those years dedicated to multifamily. He has architected a number of custom integrations and ERP-style applications for NMHC Top 50 companies. Todd joined the Hostiing team in early January of 2018. Daniel Cohen

Prior to founding daydream in January 2018, Dan worked in real estate private equity for 15 years. While at Amstar and later Ascentris, he was responsible for the cradle-to-grave performance of more than $800 million of investments, including multifamily and hospitality properties. Dan has a B.A. from Wesleyan University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He lives in Denver with his family.

A former right hand to a couple of Austin mayors, Matt has decades of experience working on municipal initiatives and best practices in a rapidly-changing city.  

Most recently, Matt served ​​as Head Director of Global Affairs and Public Policy for HomeAway and Expedia where he collaborated with government officials and community leaders around the world to create best practices and broadly beneficial regulatory and compliance policies for short-term rentals.

Bill is a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 10 years of industry experience. 

Mr. Fishel specializes in institutional-grade assets and developments across North America, with a particular focus on equity placement. During his tenure with HFF, Mr. Fishel has contributed to the permanent, bridge, construction, mezzanine and joint venture equity financing of retail, office, multi-housing, industrial, hospitality, single tenant, land and data center assets totaling in excess of $8.0 billion. Joe Fraiman

Joe is the Founder & President of Lyric, a leader in the professional short term rental industry. Joe has a multifaceted background in real estate, finance, software, and interior design. As a third-generation real estate entrepreneur, he grew up immersed in the commercial real estate business.

Christine Franz

Christine Franz serves as Vice President of Property Management, responsible for all operations in Mill Creek Residential’s California, Colorado and Pacific Northwest markets. Her responsibilities include property operations, asset management and renovations for both recent acquisitions and communities in development and lease-up. In addition, she participates in underwriting for potential acquisitions, collaborates with the development team on new developments, oversees assets dispositions and serves as a liaison to the joint venture partners.

Ms. Franz began her career in multifamily in Chicago working for Trammell Crow Residential. In 1997, when Avalon purchased Trammell Crow Residential Midwest, she moved into a management position and traveled to Seattle to onboard communities as Avalon merged with Bay Apartment Communities (AVB). She served as a Portfolio Manager in Seattle for AvalonBay. In 2001, Ms. Franz moved to Northern California as a Portfolio Operations Director and ultimately was promoted to Senior Portfolio Operations Director overseeing the San Francisco Portfolio of 2500+ homes. She has experience managing diverse product types including high-rise, garden, and retail. During her tenure with AvalonBay, Christine was responsible for pre-development and lease-up deliveries of more than ten communities in Northern California. She also has extensive knowledge managing multiple brands, which include high-end, urban and value branded communities.

Elena Goldblatt has been innovating in hospitality for the past decade. Since graduating from Yale with distinction, Elena’s career has focused on curating exceptional guest experiences within the food, travel and hotel industries in both Europe and the United States.

Charlie O'Connell

Charlie brings more than 24 years of experience in the finance and real estate industries. Rikesh Patel

For over 17 years, Rikesh has been deeply involved in structuring and executing real estate transactions, focused on deep opportunistic and value-add hospitality projects spanning the west coast markets.  At Sonder, Rikesh oversees overall real estate strategy and execution west of Denver. 

 

Rikesh is also a principal at Presidio Companies, an opportunistic hospitality development and investment firm with over $1.2 billion of transaction volume.  Presidio specializes in ground-up and deep renovation hospitality projects from Hawaii to Texas. Prior to Presidio, Rikesh practiced real estate law at a premier San Francisco law firm advising institutional developers.

Omer Rabin

Omer Rabin is Managing Director, Americas, at short-term property management platform, Guesty. Aryn Self

Aryn is a Shareholder at the law firm Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr. With nearly 20 years of experience, she primarily represents owners, developers and lenders in all stages of multifamily projects. This includes the financing, acquisition, development and construction of condominium developments, apartment buildings, senior living facilities, university campus buildings, mixed-use projects and high-rises.  

 

Her practice also reaches beyond multifamily to encompass all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Aryn routinely represents purchasers and sellers in the acquisition of unimproved and income producing commercial real estate and related title, environmental and land-use matters. As President of Align Residential, Mr. Speron oversees the company’s development products, hospitality standards, performance and innovation initiatives. Heather Wallace

Heather L. Wallace joined SARES•REGIS Group in 2016 with over 20 years of multifamily experience. Ms. Wallace's area of focus is business development, marketing and strategic planning for the property management division.

Ms. Wallace comes to SRG from Alliance Residential Company, where she held a variety of key positions in operations, acquisitions, and development since 2003. Hailed as an expert on pre-development issues, including market research, feasibility and design, Ms. Wallace began her career with Lincoln Property Company in 1994 and later held management posts with SCG/Archstone and Trammell Crow Residential Services.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Elizabeth Randall Winkle is responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s strategic initiatives. Elizabeth also served as Director of Operations. Elizabeth is active in the industry, speaking at international conferences and participating on panels at various events. Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.

Steve Winn

Stephen T. Winn has served as RealPage chief executive officer, chairman of the board, and a member of our board of directors since November 1998. 

 

Prior to RealPage, Mr. Winn served in various executive positions, including president of Research Institute of America, a provider of information services to the accounting industry and a wholly owned subsidiary of Thomson Reuters Corporation, and president and chief executive officer of Computer Language Research Inc., a publicly traded company focused on tax compliance, tax research and accounting software, which was acquired by Thomson Reuters Corporation.  

 

Mr. Winn was one of five people recognized by the National Apartment Association as a leader in the multifamily industry. Accounting Today recognized him as one of the 100 most influential people. In June 2012, Mr. Winn was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2012 Southwest Area North Award recipient. 

 

He is an active member of the National Apartment Association and National Multifamily Housing Council. 

 

Mr. Winn received his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and his Master of Science in management from Stanford University.
